Please read carefully the Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my sessions, including my choices and decisions. I am aware that I can choose to discontinue the session at any time.
I understand that “mentoring” is a Professional-Client relationship I have with my mentor that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving goal.
I acknowledge that deciding how to handle money issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.
I understand that the information will be held as confidential unless I state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.
I understand that mentorship is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals.
I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine and I acknowledge that my decisions and my actions regarding them are my sole responsibility.
Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Mentor (TJ Wey) 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule session(s)
Please note: A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for any scheduled live sessions. Anytime after the grace period will result in a cancellation and may be rescheduled at the Coach's convenience.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 business hours notice will be subject to a $75 inconvenience fee
True emergencies are the rare exception and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If on occasion the coach choose to waive this, it does not mean the policy has changed.
Client acknowledges that services are not subject to refunds.
The Client will not be reimbursed for services canceled or unused once work has begun.
